Growing up in Hong Kong, Michi learned early on that the best nights involve good friends and a great game. After moving to the US for college, her Mahjong set traveled with her to every new city, helping her build a community wherever she landed. With a background in corporate training, she’s a pro at breaking down the "scary" parts of the game and making them click for anyone.
A teacher at heart, Debby spent years in the classroom before finding her favorite way to teach Mahjong. After moving from the US to Hong Kong at 30, she discovered that playing Mahjong was the perfect way to make new friends, dive into the local culture, and keep her mind sharp. She’s here to show you that no matter when you start, there’s always a seat at the table for you.
